The ARAZ Restaurant in district VII of Budapest invites its guests to a gastronomic adventure, which is unique and intensive, and in which the old and the new create an even newer one, which – although does not distance itself from the Hungarian traditional gastronomy - melds the past with the present, and sometimes even with the future, too, by means of the state-of-the-art kitchen technology.
Besides the culinary experience offered by the dishes of the Hungarian and French cuisine, the ARAZ Restaurant also places great emphasis on the organisation of different events and programmes, so that each of our guests can find the one that suits him/her the most. Our Wine Duet Dinners, which are organised every month, provide unforgettable experience with famous wineries, menus matching the wines, live music and sommelier. We offer our Sunday Brunch program with unlimited food-and drink consumption. Thanks to our seven-course Degustation menu our guests can get a comprehensive picture on the repertoire of Áron Barka, our chef and the flavours of our kitchen, without having to spend a long time with browsing the menu card. The familiarization with the Hungarian culture is also considered as an important task by the restaurant, so it has started a programme series called Hungarian taste – Hungarian music on Friday evenings. The traditions are revived with welcome drinks, buffet dinner, wines as well as live music and folk dance performances. With the hot summer has arrived our BBQ parties as well. Every Wednesday our Chef de Cuisine, Áron Barka, and his staff will offer American-style grill parties at the interior terrace of ARAZ Restaurant.
